This page is dedicated to my lovely rentals. I have a triplex in the 9th and 9th area and a very cool duplex near Tanner Park in Millcreek. I rarely advertise these apartments on Rentler or KSL as I prefer to get friends of friends and referral of good solid human people so you are always assured to have a great neighbor. I have reasonable rents and rules and regulations in hopes that I will find people to care for my properties the way you might care for your own. No heinous property managers, no inflated fees, just you and me and a nice place to live!
