This gorgeous taupe Victorian was built in 1886 and still stands tall! She was lucky enough to be built in what was to become one of the best little burrows in Salt Lake City. South facing, 751 is a block away from the north end of Liberty park and only a couple of blocks away from adorable shops, coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store. A short bike ride will take you to downtown nightlife and it also boasts quick access to the freeway if the mountains happen to call your name. 751 underwent complete renovation in late 2013/ early 2014 and is now offered as a wonderful triplex with a main floor unit (The Queen Bee) an upstairs unit (The Loft) and a basement where the owner resides.
